Amidonniers Compans Grand Saint-Sernin area, Toulouse

This framework agreement aims to coordinate multiple urban renewal initiatives and projects across the 187 hectares under the lens of ecological transition in order to create desirable living and commuting conditions in downtown. We propose to work on this large territory through the paths of everyday life in order to create transversal routes to the Grands Boulevards and canals that structure but also divide the neighborhoods. After a first phase of diagnosis, the guide plan is expected at the end of 2025.
