Parc Jacques Maziol, ZAC Toulouse Aerospace

The project consists of organizing the functions built in staggered around the preserved track, a true horizontal monument of 1700 meters that serves all flows in soft mode. The Parc Humide is part of a series of three major parks with the Parc Espace Mémoire and the sports park that punctuate the ZAC. The Parc Humide has a function of hydraulic regulation of stormwater of the entire site while inviting the public to use it outside of rainy events. The park is located between different university research buildings that will eventually welcome several thousand students.
