ZAC Toulouse Aérospace

City, campus, neighbourhoods: structured by the former landing runway, the site is about articulating the campus and the existing neighbourhoods with the new programs of university and city development. The transportation lines meet connections through the infrastructure and thus create as many anvironments and specific places. The whole site is designed around the idea of a big central plateau of slow transportations  arranged on both sides of the former runway.

A big park north-south goes through the runway, the only section where the asphalt is made permeable. The transversal park, for sports and leisure, and the centrale square, for stores and equipments, allow the imbrication of the city, the neoghbourhoods and the campus and connect the different transportation modes.
