The urban recomposition of the high part of la Rue Nationale articulates new spaces on each side of the street, offers a new vision of the relation between the city and the Loire and designs new routes between the blocks.

The physical and visual opening of the two blocks onto the Rue Nationale shows their hearts, hidden until now.At the east, the Saint-Julien church finds again a space within the scale of the construction. At the west the new building for the Centre de Création Contemporaine Oliver Debré is put into perspective with a wide parvis going all the way to the Rue Nationale.
