Projet Héritage, Châtenay-Malabry

Between the Parc de Seaux and green belt of the south of Paris, the projet Héritage consists in transforming a stadium into housings. In the green and peaceful environment, the ambitious project aims for 45 % of pervious grounds and the plantation of 450 trees, including 180 of average to big sizes. It defends a way of life close to nature with: a garden for every housing on the ground floor, private terraces on every landing, vegetated roofs, planted pathways et edges  formed by trees. Another goal is to be the support of biodiversity with the centers of blocks designed for freshness and absorbing the rainy waters inside lanscaped ditches. The neighborhood's life is centered around a plaza and an orchard allowing meetings for everyone.
