Francazal airport, Toulouse

The 38 ha of the former military base are on the town of Cugnaux, touching the city of Toulouse. This space was freed from military occupation in 2010 and abandonned. The area isn't military anymore since 2012. Toulouse Métropole wish to lead an overall reflection on this site newly acquired by the state. The goal is to define a consistent development project with much ambition. The area has been identified as one of the five major economical hubs of the Toulouse metropolis.
