The team lead by Florian Hertweck of l'Université du Luxembourg (UL), Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST), Centre for Ecological Learning (CELL), Institute for Organic Agriculture (IBLA) and Office for Landscape Morphology (OLM) is picked for the 3rd and last round of the international urban-architectural and landscape consultation. The competition aims a low-carbon and sustainable future of the Luxembourg functional region by 2050. The end of the construction is scheduled in January 2022.
