L'équipe menée par Florian Hertweck de l'Université du Luxembourg (UL), Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST), Centre for Ecological Learning (CELL), Institute for Organic Agriculture (IBLA) et Office for Landscape Morphology (OLM) est sélectionnée pour la 3ème et dernière phase du concours qui ambitionne un futur décarboné et résilient de la région fonctionnelle Luxembourgeoise d’ici 2050. La fin des travaux est prévue en janvier 2022.
